Medint does not intend to replace your physician. Our goal is to provide you with reliable, up-to-date, unbiased information that can help you make better decisions for your specific medical situation.

With our unique technology, we all you to keep up to date with all the options available to you, so you can ask your doctor the right questions and make decisions accordingly.

Unlike physicians who are often stressed for time, we have the resources and access to technology to conduct comprehensive, thorough research on your specific case. We analyze the best and material and sources, including successful cases of similar patients, which can be relevant for your personal case.

Our basic package takes between 10-14 days. If you have an urgent issue, please notify us in advance and we will make sure it is dealt with immediately.

Medint provides service for any patient who has been diagnosed with a complicated or chronic medical condition who is searching for medical information and data that’s relevant to their individual case. Since our personalized research can impact decisions regarding possible treatment, we highly recommend approaching us as soon as possible after a diagnosis.

Your personal researcher is an experienced health researcher, and not necessarily a physician. We have physicians as part of our support team and quality assurance process.

Medint accepts cases of patients who have been diagnosed with cancer, neurodegenerative disease, autoimmune disease, orphan diseases, complex chronic disease, or other rare cases.

As we’ve frequently seen, contacting healthcare providers and clinical centers can be an exhausting process. We are happy to conduct the initial outreach for you, in applicable situations.

This could vary from case to case. In general, a summary of your last visit to your attending physician, including your diagnosis, will be enough to get started. If you have additional important test results or pending tests, you should let your researcher know about them as they could be relevant for the research. Medint researchers are committed to maintaining complete medical confidentiality and do not share information about your medical condition with any unauthorized people.

In most cases, we work directly with the patient or caregivers. However, we are happy to work directly with your physician, according to your preference.

When we established Medint, we decided to strive to provide our services to everyone, even those who might not be able to afford it. If you have specific financial needs, please indicate this in your application and we’ll do our best to provide a suitable solution. Unfortunately, we can only do this for a limited number of cases at a time.

We are making efforts to get Medint’s service covered by insurance, and there are already several insurance systems that cover the service. We recommend that you check with your insurance agent or employer about whether your insurance covers our service.

The combination of Medint’s technology and methodology cannot guarantee clinical results, but we can provide assurance regarding coverage of broad amounts of research.  We have access to databases and sources of information that can provide unique data. We are committed to recruiting the best medical researchers and promise to make every effort to find vital information for you.

Your privacy is of the utmost concern for us. Aside from your private medical researcher and the senior analyst working on your case, your private information will not be shared with others. Our comprehensive privacy policy is detailed in the Privacy Policy section.
